Ready to try an exercise class that will jumpstart your routine? We have three brand new fitness classes that will boost your metabolic strength, increase your range of motion, and get your body moving to the music of the world! See below for class descriptions and registration links.

MetKon RX is a Metabolic Strength and Conditioning Class programmed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. The combination of functional strength training and cardio conditioning is an efficient way to build muscle, burn fat, and calories. MetKon Rx works to improve strength, power, athletic performance, and core stability.

AGES: 18 and up DATES: May 5 to Aug. 18,

COST: 10 punch card – $80 Member/$90 Non-Members
$15 Drop-in fee


This 50 minute class will offer Flexologist-led group stretches that are a great way to work on your mobility and range of motion in a fun and innovative group setting. The sessions are a perfect way to increase your range of motion all while having fun and learning proper stretching techniques!

AGES: 30 and up DATES: Each Thurs. May – Sept.

COST: $8 Members/$10 Non-Members


Join us on Sundays dynamic easy-to follow moves with Stella’s energizing style! Perfect for everyone! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

AGES: 18 and up DATES: Apr 3 to Aug 28; Sundays 9:30 – 10:30 AM
