Summer Camp Counselor
As a Day Camp Counselor you will plan and implement lesson plans and activities, and provide assistance to the Summer Day Camp Coordinator and Recreation Supervisor. Applicant should be responsible, friendly, enthusiastic, patient and willing to learn. In this position, you will strive to provide the campers with a fun environment that is positive and safe while providing campers the opportunity to practice and develop appropriate social skills, and learn to make responsible choices. Counselor will supervise campers daily, during scheduled weekly swimming activities, generally scheduled every Wednesday. Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Reporting to the Director of TCH Mental Health Services the Staff Therapist is responsible for providing direct counseling and psychotherapy services to clients in individual, couples, family, and group modalities. The primary focus of the services will be with adolescents and young adults.
Director of Philanthropy
The Director of Philanthropy works with the Executive Director, the board of trustees, community members and the advancement team to increase visibility of our mission in the community, lead revenue development strategies focused on growing sustainable financial resources, and providing leadership to organizational messaging efforts. This includes leading strategy, delivery, and team members in the following areas: individual giving, corporate/foundation gifts, major gifts, planned giving, special events, grants, branding and marketing.
This role is a member of the senior leadership team that reports to the Executive Director and directly oversees the roles of: Advancement Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Grant Writer.
