The Accounting Manager is responsible for all finance processes to ensure the organization is effectively monitoring and reporting financial health. The role includes carrying out all day-to-day finance operations of a budget of $3 million +, and maintaining accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial controls. S/he will ensure that The Community House has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct sound audits. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the leadership team providing financial reports to create maximum efficiencies, evaluate risk and identify new opportunities. This position reports to the Executive Director and interacts frequently with the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees.
Reporting to the Director of TCH Mental Health Services the Staff Therapist is responsible for providing direct counseling and psychotherapy services to clients in individual, couples, family, and group modalities. The primary focus of the services will be with adolescents and young adults.
The Community House is seeking to hire a Part-time Maintenance Worker position to our team. This position involves manual and some semi-skilled maintenance work of the interior and exterior of the building. Work may include cleaning restrooms, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, securing the building, room set-ups and break downs, including AV equipment, painting, minor repair, and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring that the interior and exterior of the building is presentable at all times.
